filler
All medical treatments are performed by an experienced Registered Cosmetic Nurse
Fillers can be used to target a variety of skin concerns including volume loss. Consultations are available to discuss your skin concerns, treatment suitability and more.
What is Filler?
Fillers are substances designed to plump from beneath the skin to add volume.
Fillers are made with non-animal derived hyaluronic acid (HA); a gel-like substance naturally found in the body and essential for maintaining skin firmness, elasticity, as well as helping to keep the skin hydrated.
Over time, ageing and the impact of environmental factors such as sun exposure, diet and lifestyle, deplete the levels of our natural HA, resulting in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, sagging skin and lack of hydration.
What can it be used for?
Performed by our specialised team of experienced medical professionals, Fillers can be used in many areas of the face to:
- Target concerns of wrinkles, folds and scars
- Target concerns of volume loss
- Increase volume & definition in areas such as the lips, jawline, chin and nose
We invite you to book a complimentary consultation with one of our Cosmetic Nurse Injectors to discuss your skin concerns and treatment suitability.
What areas can be targeted?
Fillers can be used to add volume to lips, shape facial contours such as cheeks, jawline and chin and lift folds around the nose and mouth.
Do Fillers hurt?
Everyone has a different pain threshold, however, our Registered Cosmetic Nurse will endeavour to make your experience as comfortable as possible.
How long do fillers last?
Your skin type and pre-treatment condition as well as your age and lifestyle choices are all determining factors. All of this will be discussed in your consultation.
Will there be bruising and downtime?
Bruising can occur. Post-treatment care will be covered in your consulation.
