As a business, Brazilian Beauty has developed procedures to protect the health and safety of our team members and clients. In accordance with the latest Australian and Queensland Government advice and mandates, the company has developed a protocol to assist in stopping the spread of COVID-19.

Our Brazilian Beauty Virus Mitigation Policy begins, first and foremost, by asking any staff, clients or general visitors exhibiting the following symptoms to NOT PRESENT to any Brazilian Beauty clinic:

• Fever (elevated temperature of at least 38º)
• Shortness of breath
• Cough
• Tiredness
• Loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Headache
• Aches and pains
• Diarrhoea
• A rash on the skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes
• Red or irritated eyes

Brazilian Beauty reserves the right to refuse entry or treatment to any person who presents with any symptoms outlined above.

In line with current Queensland Government restrictions, as of November 10th 2022

• We highly recommend all clients wear a face mask before entering a Brazilian Beauty Clinic.
• We encourage all clients to keep their face masks on when possible throughout all treatments.
• We ask clients not to bring friends or family members to appointments to avoid the heightened risk of spreading Covid-19.
• Clients are encouraged to sanitise their hands when arriving in clinic.
• Australian Skin Institute 70% Ethanol hand sanitiser will be available to all clients in the bathrooms, treatment rooms and reception areas.
• Brazilian Beauty Therapists are encouraged to wear a face mask and will be sanitising their hands before and after every client.
• Brazilian Beauty Therapists will clean treatment beds with 70% alcohol disinfectant spray after every client.
