What do you love most about being a Beauty Therapist?

I love giving my clients amazing results. It’s very satisfying as a therapist to be able to make my clients feel and look beautiful.

What is your favourite treatment to perform?

I am all about the brows! I love performing eyebrow sculpture. This treatment frames the face and every woman would know the great feeling you get straight after a good eyebrow wax! I am also excited about our new Feather Touch brow treatment which defines the face even more!

What training courses have you undertaken?

Brazilian Beauty has an amazing induction process which I’ve done. It includes IPL hair removal, IPL Skin Rejuvenation and Advanced Facials treatments. I have a diploma in Beauty Therapy and I am also Studying Diploma in Business and Management. I have also worked with a few skin care ranges such as ASI , Dermalogica, Pevonia ,Thalgo and Ultraceuticals.

How do you offer your clients great customer service?

I offer honest, professional advice just like I would with my friends and family. I love to chat to my clients and get to know them, and welcome them into the salon using their name.

What do you like most about working for Brazilian Beauty?

I love the culture Francesca and Andrew have created. It’s like we are one big family. The culture between our team members is then passed on to our clients into a welcoming and happy environment. I work with an amazing group of girls and I have learnt a lot of management and business skills along the way.

What interested you about the Beauty Therapy Industry? Why did you want to get into this line of work?

I wanted to be a part of educating people on how to look after their skin. Especially teenagers, as that’s something I would have loved to been educated about in high school. While I really believe that beauty comes from within, appearance has a massive impact on how we feel about ourselves. So with our new brand refresh, we are empowering all of our clients to own their style of beautiful. This starts from all ages and from the first visit with us.

Brazilian Beauty offers a full range of treatments that I enjoy performing along with offering a full guarantee for all clients. I love what Brazilian Beauty Stands for- empowering people to own their own style of beautiful.

What do you think sets Brazilian Beauty apart from other salons?

Brazilian Beauty provides weekly training for all team members, full Induction training when you first start and have ongoing training planned to ensure all team member progress their skills, which I love. I started as a Trainee Therapist and now I am a coordinator of the Redcliffe salon.

What do you do in your spare time?

I spend a lot of my time renovating and learning DIY.

What hobbies do you have?

I’m into health and fitness, and love cooking.
