7 tips for beautiful skin this summer

We spoke with a few of our Professional Skin Therapists to find out their top tips for beautiful, clear skin this Summer.


1. Clean your pillowcases weekly.

This is a very simple, yet super effective tip to prevent breakouts from bacteria that might be harvesting on your pillow cases.

2. Incorporate Essential Fatty Acids daily.

Essential Fatty Acids (EFA's) help with the quality of oil being produced in the skin and regulates a healthy oil-flow which helps to prevent breakouts. EFA’s also help your skin retain moisture, which is vital for preventing fine lines, wrinkles and can assist with collagen production.

3. Clean your makeup brushes every week.
