Mother’s Day Giveaway Terms & Conditions May 2022

The following are the rules (“Rules”) for the Brazilian Beauty, Epic Hair Designs & Muditā Essentials Instagram Mother’s Day Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) being administered by Epic Hair Designs.

1. Eligibility 

To be eligible for the Giveaway, entrants must be a legal resident of South East Queensland, be eighteen years old or older at the time of entry in their province or territory of residence and have a valid Instagram account. Employees of Brazilian Beauty, Epic Hair Designs, Muditā and its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies and the household members of any of the above are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. 

2. How To Enter

To enter, entrants must follow all three Instagram accounts @brazilianbeautyaus, @epichairdesigns, and @Muditā.essentials, and complete the entry form found at: https://epichairdesigns.com.au/mothers-day-2022/.

For bonus, entry an entrant can like, share and comment on the associated account’s posts about the giveaway. The Giveaway shall run from 21st April 2022 to 15th May 2022 AEST. (The “Giveaway Period”) after which time no further entries will be considered.

3. Winner Selection

Upon completion of the Giveaway Period, an Epic Hair Designs representative shall review the entries submitted and choose 1 winner at random. The winner will be notified by email and phone, and announced in an Instagram post on the 16th of May 2022 and will have 48 hours to respond and provide their contact information. If a selected potential winner does not respond in the allotted time, a runner up winner will be chosen at Epid Hair Design’s discretion.

4. Prize(s)

The prize pack totals $1500AUD  in value, which consists of:

• Any colour and cut service for you and your chosen recipient to the value of $800AUD from Epic Hair
• 2 x $250AUD vouchers towards any Brazilian Beauty treatment(s)
• A Muditā gift box to the value of $160AUD, which includes:
  • 3 x Soap & Mitt Packs
  • Essential Oil & Pebble Diffuser
  • Bath Salts In Diamon Bottle
  • Shower Steamer & Slumber Mist Spray

• The winner’s choice of Kerastase Gift Box valued up to $80AUD

The prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and will not be extended under any circumstances and must be accepted as offered without substitution.

5. Prize Collection

The Giveaway winner will elect to collect the prize pack at their desired Epic Hair Salon by their desired day of booking. 

6. General

By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Epic Hair Designs, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Entrants who have not complied with these Rules are subject to disqualification.

Notwithstanding the defined Giveaway Period, Epic Hair Designs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Giveaway, in whole or part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the Giveaway and/or these Rules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.

Personal information collected during the course of the Giveaway shall be used by Epic Hair Designs, Brazilian Beauty, and Muditā Essentials and their authorised representatives solely for the purposes of conducting the Giveaway, awarding prizes, and marketing communications with the entrants and will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose unless required by law. Epic Hair Designs, Brazilian Beauty, and Muditā Essentials will use the entrant’s personal information only for identified purposes and protect the entrant’s Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with their respective Privacy Policies.

By participating in the Giveaway, the Prize Winner(s) agree(s) that their name may be used in any forms of media, without any further compensation by Epic Hair Designs, Brazilian Beauty, and Muditā Essentials, and waive all rights concerning printed, broadcast and other forms of publicity.

In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorised account holder of the Instagram account associated with the entry. “Authorized account holder” of the Instagram account is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an Instagram account by Instagram.

The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram and any personal information provided by an entrant is being provided to Epid Hair Designs, Brazilian Beauty, and Modita Essentials and not Meta.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws of the province of Brisbane and the laws of Australia applicable therein.
