•What do you love most about being a beauty therapist?
It’s really rewarding for me knowing that the treatments I perform and advice I give to my clients helps to make them feel more confident about themselves. I’m a real people person and love interacting with different people every day.
What is your favourite treatment to perform?
It’s hard to choose! However if I had to say one it would be advanced facials. There’s nothing more satisfying for me than achieving amazing results for my clients and having them leave the salon with a smile of their face.
What training courses have you undertaken?
I have completed my Diploma of Beauty Therapy and since then I have undertaken training on Dermal Rolling, IPL Skin Rejuvenation, IPL Hair Reduction, Microdermabrasion, Eyelash Extensions and Youngblood, Dermalogica, Algologie and Vani-T. Brazilian Beauty are great at continually providing training opportunities to make sure that as therapists, we are ahead of the game.
How do you offer your clients great customer service?
I think it’s really important to build relationships with clients based on trust. I ensure with every person I look after I build a good rapport so that they feel comfortable and well looked after.
