​Brazilian Beauty is welcoming a brand new Franchisee to the team, Helen Crook, opening BB Spring Hill! Helen and her team will be opening their doors tomorrow, offering new client’s 25% off new treatments until the end of October! The Spring Hill salon looks fantastic and the team are ready to start welcoming new clients. We sat down with Helen to find out about her BB journey! Q: Tell us about yourself Helen… A: I am married to a wonderful man and have three rapidly growing sons, aged 13, 11 and 9. I have a background in hospitality, teaching, vocational education and more recently policy, project management and strategy in government. I enjoy cooking, eating (too much), good wine and coffee, walking and cycling and spending holidays exploring with my family. Q: How did you hear about the BB system? A; I heard about the BB system through a friend who is a franchisee. I watched her journey over many years. Q: Why did you choose a BB franchise? A: I like the policies, procedures, format, support and philosophy of the BB system. I particularly like the time taken to invest in the team. Q: What has been your favourite part of the journey so far? A: Having the support as a first time business owner. Q: Tell us about your salon site? A: Brazilian Beauty Spring Hill is located in the Spring Hill Market Place, corner of Turbot and Boundary Street. There is a very busy Woolworths, gym, café, bakery, and medical centre. Two hour free parking!!! We are surrounded by inner city apartments, businesses and schools, in particular All Hallows Girls School. Q: What are you most looking forward to? A: The opening – which is tomorrow!! Q: What are your goals with Brazilian Beauty? A: To have my team treat this salon as it was there own. Q: We know the journey is early, but would you be likely to recommend the decision to others? A: Yes – absolutely! Q: When is your salon opening and what can we expect on the day? A: We’re opening on Tuesday 30th September. Our opening promotion of 25% off new services will entice new clients to come and try our salon and will be lifelong clients thereafter.
