Brazilian Beauty East Brisbane enjoys an illustrious location right on Lytton Road. With leafy surrounds and a great atmosphere, the location certainly adds to the total Brazilian Beauty experience. Situated between a BWS and Sweet Mandarin Asian Cuisine, the salon’s distinctive store front is easy to find. The small shopping centre has free parking available in the parking lot, and free covered parking beneath the centre. There is also street parking available close nearby.
Salon History
Following a Grand Opening in 2007, Brazilian Beauty East Brisbane experienced a huge influx of new clients who had been eagerly awaiting a local Brazilian Beauty salon. Salon owner Megan said, “Our pre-launch campaign was immensely successful. So many of our clients had been forced to travel into the Brisbane City salon prior to our opening, so a lot were very excited to have a brand new salon just down the road.”
From the outset, the salon has been dedicated to ensuring client retention. “We are in this business for our clients. If they aren’t pleased, neither am I. We don’t aim to satisfy our clients, we aim to wow them,” says Megan.
Since 2007, Brazilian Beauty East Brisbane has continued to improve itself. Weekly intra-salon training and upskilling sessions through Head Office ensure that the therapists are experienced in modern techniques and procedures. “Training is imperative to good customer service. If one of our girls doesn’t pass a mystery shopper review adequately, or otherwise fails to impress a client, they’re customer service training is revisited,” says Megan.
Brazilian Beauty East Brisbane annually sponsors the St Josephs Kangaroo Point Primary School annual Fashion in the Garden fundraising event. They also participate in the Kangaroo Point Annual Home Festival.
